WellCome Wellness houserules
Important rules for guests
WellCome Wellness kindly requests its visitors to observe the following rules during your visit:
- Everybody from the age of 18 is welcome to use our facilities. When in doubt, our team may ask you for a valid ID.
- Kids are only allowed under parental supervision.
- When you want to use the wellness as a group (5 people or more) you must book a reservation in advance.
- Before use of the sauna and swimming facilities, showering is a mandatory
- Wearing swimwear in our sauna and the Turkish steam bath is not allowed. Swimwear is mandatory in the swimming pool.
- For hygienic reasons it is mandatory to use a towel in the sauna area, the swimming area and on the sunbeds.
- In verband met de privacy van onze gasten, zijn mobiele apparaten niet toegestaan binnen WellCome Wellness.
- You can put your personal belongings in the lockers which you can find in the changing rooms
- In the fitness area, wearing sports clothing and indoor shoes is mandatory, along with using a towel.

- It is not allowed to bring your own food and drinks.
- Alcohol drinks, smoking and narcotics are prohibited in the Wellcome Wellness.
- Het zwembad en de sauna zijn ook toegankelijk voor niet-hotelgasten. Het boeken van behandelingen kan je telefonisch of online boeken bij WellCome Wellness.
- For your own safety and the safety of our staff we use security cameras in several areas. Footage will only be reviewed in case of theft or violation of our house rules.
- Management cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
- De aanwijzingen van het personeel dienen altijd te worden opgevolgd. Ongepast gedrag; verbaal of non-verbaal en seksuele handelingen zijn ten strengste verboden.
- Guests that do not follow these rules will be forced to leave WellCome Wellness immediately, without refund.
Algemene voorwaarden
- Bij verhindering kun je een afspraak tot uiterlijk 24 uur van tevoren annuleren.
- Indien niet of niet tijdig geannuleerd brengt Wellcome Wellness Hotel Jakarta het gehele honorarium voor de afgesproken behandeling in rekening.
- Indien je meer dan vijf minuten later dan de afgesproken tijd op uw afspraak komt, mag Wellcome Wellness de verloren tijd inkorten op de behandeling en toch het gehele afgesproken honorarium berekenen.
- Bij meer dan vijftien minuten later dan de afgesproken tijd kan Wellcome Wellness de afspraak annuleren en het gehele afgesproken honorarium berekenen.
